DEBBIE CREAMER (JHB, RSA)(Mphty (manip studies), Bsc physio (hons), pilates instructor, course educator.

Debbie first graduated from the university of the Witwatersrand in South Africa in 1992. She developed an early interest  in musculoskeletal  and sports injuries working in private practise at home and abroad. She completed a masters degree in musculoskeletal physiotherapy at the University of Queensland, Brisbane in 2000 and completed her pilates training under Nicole Vass, a physiotherapist and former Australian ballet dancer. She presented her masters research project on the effects of patellofemoral taping in knee osteoarthritis at IFOMT in Cape Town in 2004. She has worked with football teams, swimming squads  and other athletes and worked at the Olympic village polyclinic during the Sydney 2000 games. She is particularly interested in musculoskeletal injuries, muscle impairments and the positive impact of therapeutic exercise on their recovery, and now works as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist, pilates instructor and clinical educator. She developed and has run motor control and pilates courses in South America, England, Australia and South Africa.

ALESSANDRA EVARISTO DANTAS  (Rio de Janiero, Brazil)

Alessandra has been a physical therapist since 2004, completing her undergraduate degree at IBMR. She has successfully participated in continuing professional development, such as Maitland, Neurodynamics, Pilates, Motor control, Functional taping and Segmental Dynamic Stability, amongst other courses.

DIOGO BONIFACIO (Belem, Brazil)

Diogo graduated as a physical therapist in 2000 and completed a post-graduate course in Sports Physical therapy in 2005 at University of Pará. He works as a teacher at the University of Amazônia-Unama, and is the President  of the Paraense Association for the Study of pain PASP. Diogo is the owner and senior Physical therapist  at Corpo Pilates – a Center of posture, rehabilitation and physical conditioning. His areas of interest are in chronic musculoskeletal dysfunction, the use of Pilates Method in rehabilitation and conditioning, Segmental Dynamic Stability, Ostheopathy, Neurodynamics, The Mulligan Concept and Taping.

CARLA DANIELLE CHAGAS (Rio de Janiero, Brazil)

Carla has been a physical therapist since 1996 after completing an undergraduate degree in physical education in1991. She successfully completed a Masters in Musculoskeletal physiotherapy in 2000 at Queensland University in Brisbane. She works as a teacher at UNi-IBMR University in Rio de Janeiro, and also runs courses around Brazil in Segmental Dynamic Stability, Neurodynamics and in Clinical Reasoning and Joint Mobilization (Maitland approach). She has a special interest in Chronic Musculoskeletal Dysfunction.
